How do I order a product?
- For Floor Covering products, press the "order item" icond to add items to your shopping cart. You may also call us toll-free at (877) 233-3840. Our local number in Buffalo is (716) 874-5740 and (716) 633-0022 in Williamsville.
- For Drapery Hardware products, press the "order item" icon to add items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click "proceed to check out." Enter your payment and delivery information. For help, please email us at Orders@FWSFurnitureOnline.com. You may also call directly at (716) 874-5740 x111.
- For furniture products, you must purchase in-store.
How do I know my order was processed?
For online orders, an e-mail response will be sent to you. You may inquire at Orders@FWSFurnitureOnline.com.
How do I cancel my order?
For online orders, please call us as soon as possible at (716) 874-5740.
- Our in-store cancellation policy is as follows:
Most merchandise purchased that has not been delivered or picked up may be canceled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. No returns or refunds will be offered on cut carpet, fabric or special orders. Due bills will be issued for the amount on deposit of a sale canceled 4 to 30 days after the purchase date. After 30 days, due bills will be issued at management's discretion.
- Our in-store refund policy is as follows:
Refund checks are issued only on Fridays. Funds must clear before a refund check will be issued. Please note - the yellow copy of the sale must accompany returned merchandise. "As is" and "final sale" purchases are final - no refunds will be offered on sales marked "as is" or "final sale."
- For custom orders:
To keep our prices low, even on custom orders, we cannot cancel custom orders once the process of ordering with the supplier/manufacturer has begun.
